Our goal is to provide all our patients with highest quality of care and service. After discharge, patients may receive a phone call, text, or email asking about their experience. The anonymous survey consists of 27-questions on a variety of topics about your hospital stay from communication and cleanliness, to responsiveness from staff. We are eager to hear what you thought of your stay, and how we can improve.
