Community Health Department

St. Mary’s Community Health Department offers a variety of free health education services, wellness programs, and screenings to community groups throughout the year. Programs include blood pressure screenings, weight clinics, prenatal classes, presentations on health issues and prevention, a free clothing program for children, and more.
